provide AVI, JPG (JPEG), and/or BMP files in the proper format
as required by Graphic Globe.

Graphic Globe will create animation files (AVI) for all Silver,
Gold, and Platinum Plus Packages.

Extra charges may be incurred if proper file formats are not submitted
for all standard and plus packages

Rush charges for programming will apply within 48 hours of shipping
or delivery at 1.5x the normal rate and within 24 hours at 2x
the normal rate.
